The procesess

Give us a call or email us today with any queries you may have.

When you make your enquiry, you will be directed to a sales person who will be your point of contact throughout your project.

At this stage we will find out your requirements, our scope of work and other project specific requirements you have.

Our estimating team will then work on your estimate and a formal quotation will be submitted to you via email by your nominated salesperson within 48 hours. Inclusions and exclusions and payment terms will be included in your quotation.

If you are happy to proceed with your quotation, you will then sign the acceptance and email to our office.

Your project will then be scheduled to be designed in our specialized design program by our in house design team.

You will then be emailed the plans for your final approval. If required, adjustments will be made. 

Once signed off, plans will then go to our Engineer for sign off and approval.

Engineer sign off and Production can not commence until we have your approval of plans.

Once we receive your signed approval of the plans, we will then schedule your frames with our production team.

We will confirm with you when you require the frames onsite to ensure that we do not manufacture them too early and you are unable to accept them onsite.

Being a new company we have the advantage of shorter lead times.

Jun Steel Frames and Trusses will confirm with you when the frames will be ready for delivery to site. We will confirm delivery dates if this is part of our scope of works and ensure you are ready for them. If your site is not ready, we are able to store in our Penrith warehouse for a fee.

If required, our experienced install team will install your frames onsite.

Your sales person will give you all required information once the our scope of works is complete and you are satisfied with what was delivered.
